The Adonis Program

A 6 month subscription package that includes:

  • Once a week in-person (or virtual) training

  • Twice a week check-in on programming

  • A customized training program

  • A customized nutrition program vetted by a registered dietician

1:1 Training

One-on-One training in the comfort of your home or in a public setting. Only available to local residents

Small Group Training

Semi-private training for up to groups of 3

Virtual Training

Virtual 1:1 or small group training 

Customized Training Plans

Recommended for those with more than a year of training experience

Paid Fitness Consultation

For those who don't need a detailed program but would like to discuss strategy for reaching their goal. Optional check-ins to ensure accountability

Nutrition Plan

For those who want to follow their own training program, but are struggling with weight loss. All information is cross-checked by a registered dietician

  • What qualifications do you have?

    • ACE ​Certified Personal Trainer

    • UCLA B.S.

    • 15 years of training

    • 5 years of coaching private clients on weight loss, strength programming, body recomposition

  • For 1:1 Training, where are you based?

    • Southern Orange County, CA

  • Do I need to any special equipment or a gym membership?

    • Not necessarily; I bring all essential equipment to our sessions

  • Why should I work specifically with you?

    • Because even if I had 0 clientele, I'd continue reading the latest research on resistance training, longevity, nutrition, etc. You shouldn't work with someone that only does this for 8 hours a day nor someone who is set in their ways. I love what I do: from research, to application, to people.

  • Why should I hire a personal trainer? I can go to the gym on my own.

    • 1. Opportunity cost. Your time and effort self-programming or researching could be spent doing other things like being present with your family or prioritizing your career.

    • 2. There's a sea of noise. That chest program you found in Men's Health is not targeted to your needs.

    • 3. You should look for someone that's walked the walk and has coached others on how to do so. ​​​

  • How do I get started with working with you?
