Why should I work specifically with you?

Because even if I had 0 clientele, I'd continue reading the latest research on resistance training, longevity, nutrition, etc. You shouldn't work with someone that only does this for 8 hours a day nor someone who is set in their ways. I love what I do: from research, to application, to people.

Why should I hire a personal trainer? I can go to the gym on my own.
